What is MIA?
It is a tool for anonymous communication between the employee and the employer. A tool that allows you to be in the know, enabling you to leave your opinions and suggestions and leading to quick changes in the company in line with your needs and those of your colleagues.
With MIA, we can strengthen different areas of your operation within the company:

evaluate the activities of the company's management, talk about your needs in this area, and indicate the changes you think are necessary.

exercise a direct influence on decisions taken in the company, evaluate relations, talk about your interests under company initiatives, and evaluate ideas for company team-building activities.

MIA is an assistant collecting feedback from 3M employees. It works via a Landing Page where you can leave your feedback every week. Also, MIA allows you to use the SUGGESTION BOX – a place to leave casual comments on matters such as work organization and your needs, or ideas for new questions for MIA, or simply to evaluate the MIA system itself. Go to the Landing Page, click on the "YOUR VOICE MATTERS" button and the system will redirect you to the current questions. Leave your answers and end the survey.
You can view the results using the "SURVEY RESULTS" tab. Each week, we produce a brief breakdown of the week's results.
YES. MIA guarantees full anonymity. Feedback from employees is important for 3M as it allows the company to respond quickly to their needs. Remember – "your voice matters".
